What Tovu Studio is

Tovu Studio is a directory and scheduling tool. A booking is an arrangement between the customer and the studio; Tovu Studio provides the listing and the booking desk, not the service itself.

Customers

• Give accurate details when booking.
• Turn up or cancel in good time using your manage link.
• Don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Studios

• Keep listings, services, staff and hours accurate.
• Honour confirmed bookings or cancel them promptly.
• You own the content you publish and are responsible for it; only list a studio you are authorised to represent.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Tovu Studio is not liable for the conduct of any studio or customer, or for missed or unsatisfactory appointments.

Accounts & moderation

Studio applications are reviewed before approval. Listings or accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or removed. The governing law and venue will be specified by the operator before launch.
